What happens if you cannot find the requested number of resumes?

You only pay for what you get. We will charge you only for the number of matching resumes/profiles we sent you based on the rate quoted at the time of your order. For example: if you have ordered 15 pre-screened profiles($60 each) but our specialists could only find 7 qualified candidates, you will be charged only $420 (7 resumes at $60 each).
In an unlikely event we can't find anyone matching your requirements, there will be no charge for our initial research and efforts. This is a risk-free offer. You avoid running multiple job ads with uncertain outcome and/or paying high recruiting fees!
